I've decided to share my project eeeee. I've been sorely stressed mentally and emotionally lately that I realized if I don't do something about it, I might just break down. I think there's at least one positive thing per day for everyone. Doesn't matter how small it is, just as long as you take notice. Anyone that needs a load off, or just in the mood to write something positive about your typical day. There are many things that you don't notice and these little things might just give you a positive outlook. Annazing I am doing this for a week, and if I don't become entirely lazy, I might just extend this. I place numbers just to see how much I can come up with in 7 days. I would suggest to come up with 5 just to increase the hype. I only placed 3 in my blog since relatives read that, but I will try to put at least 5 per day here. hehe. I hope more people join me on this. Goodluck! ^_^ ![]() 1. I am getting back to writing. Not in the overly dedicated manner, just the try-if-i-can-do-this-again phase. 2. I fooled my dog into taking his medicine. 3. The sun isn't torturing my skin today. 4. My brother tried to make peace after months of not talking to each other. 5. I watched a lot of interesting and humorous things from the net. It made me smile a bit. |

Hey Anna! Great thing to do, how is it going? Here's 5 things I love and am grateful for: 1. The sun is shining so brightly today, it's amazing 2. I have finally taken the time to dive into the forums here and write a few posts with good insights, ideas and new perspectives. 3. I'll be going for a run outside a little later, along the beautiful river that's only 3 minutes away from my flat. 4. I have a peppermint tea with honey. It is silently watching me type for hours and providing me with support and encouragement... I think 5. I am fasting and I feel great about it. It's good to experience having energy without having to eat to get it, kind of |

Hey colonel everything's great! It's nice that someone actually replied to this thread. Good things today: 1. I got extra 2 hours of sleep because someone else offered to walk and feed my dog this morning. 2. I got to try using my new lens when I went with my mother to pick up a table. 3. I watched some episodes of a hilarious series and enjoyed it. 4. A friend of mine finally learned to use twitter. Ah, the only way to get updated nowadays. 5. Got back to sketching. Hopefully more people will give the time of day to list down at least 5 usually unnoticed good things about their day. Hope to hear from you again. |

Great idea for a post! I am actually going through some of the same feelings. I think this will help! 1) I'm listening to some great records I picked up this past weekend. 2) I plan to meditate later today 3) My partner showed genuine love 4) My brother's surgery went well 5) I keep realizing I am in more control than I think |

This reminds me of something that i do. Every morning when i meditate i do this affirmation. "i believe and expect with confidence that something wonderful is going to happen to me today" then just before you go to bed think back over your day. You will always find that something great did happen to you that day. |
