Default Universal/timeless Book recommendations?

I’m not sure to where to start this thread… but I would like to get some recommendations on universal/timeless books regardless of the topic.

I find reading universal books along with practical application is a great way to get a more precise/correct model of reality.

Here is some of my recommendations:

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Is your genius at work?

A great book that helps you discover some of your unique abilities

Negotiating Partnerships: Increase Profits and Reduce Risks

This very good and has some of the same universal principles as The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. But it is a more in-depth practical analysis of negotiating.

Marketing warfare (using universal principals of warfare to explain how marketing works)

It helps when you mention the author. Some book titles are used by different people and some authors are better known than their books.

Talking about this in terms of “bad news” or “bad judgment by business leaders” seems archaic. It’s like describing World War One as “a serious diplomatic concern.”
Bruce Sterling about the financial crisis.

The Success Principles from Jack Canfield

It completely changed my perspective on life when I read it 1 year ago. It was the very first personal development book I've ever touched and now, personal development has become one of my passions.
