Default Quick Memory Trick

Hey Folks!

Check this out... I have been doing some videos on my blog recently and I have a friend who claims to have a bad memory.

I showed him a quick technique to help him improve his memory capabilities.

Boost Your Memory | Success Coach - Business Coach - Life Success

Granted, it is a simple example...but it was a lot of fun and it shows us the power of our mind when we learn how to use it.

I'd love some of your comments or personal memory techniques that you use

The "tell a story" technique is alright.

Or, you can just visualize a dog, with a rocket touching (connected) to it, with an elephant connected to the rocket, with a tree connected to the elephant, and so on...

All you have to do is connect two images in your mind at once. Make sure they are as detailed as possible, but don't take too long to connect any two images (6 seconds is the ideal "beginner" speed).

Then, when you have connected them all, you only have to think of the first image and the next one will appear in your imagination connected to it, and the next, and so on.

It is a much more precise, and faster to use method than telling a complicated story.

Nice!
Thanks Curtis. I actually do like that technique even better. I like to learn something new every day and I've already done that at 7:50am

Cheers
