Default Your most powerful mantras

Lately I've been adding some tracks to my @Unstoppable Playlist that have been really powerful. They're recordings of passages I've found in books as well as quotes that I want to live my life by. I record them and create mp3 files and then listen to them on my iPod throughout the day. One of the most powerful is Ken Wilber's Witness exercise (probably can't post the entireity of it here but you can find it in his excellent book Grace and Grit). So throughout the day it's like I have a background mantra saying "I have a body but I am not my body...", etc.

Was curious as to whether anyone else does and also what other mantras like the Witness exercise might be powerful.
