Does anyone want to share stories about the steps they have taken (or are starting to take) towards their personal development since this year has started? Here are a few I have given myself a chance to work on: * I have had a "integrated self-empowerment therapy" session to work on a phobia and it seems to have done a good job until now. * I had a soul realignment reading which has helped with understanding myself (at soul level) and encouraged me to follow my path. * I am starting a reiki course. * I'm sorting some materialistic details that will make my life much easier (moving house, getting a driving license...) and will allow me more time for spirituality and self-improvement. What about you ? I'd be happy to read other people share their experience... |

Nice ones there. For me, I've started to documenting my progress in a notebook and writing my ideas in it. Everyday, I start by writing down the date and a set of values that I want to follow to help me grow as a person.
