Default What are the concrete steps you have taken/started taking towards you PD this year?

Does anyone want to share stories about the steps they have taken (or are starting to take) towards their personal development since this year has started?

Here are a few I have given myself a chance to work on:

* I have had a "integrated self-empowerment therapy" session to work on a phobia and it seems to have done a good job until now.

* I had a soul realignment reading which has helped with understanding myself (at soul level) and encouraged me to follow my path.

* I am starting a reiki course.

* I'm sorting some materialistic details that will make my life much easier (moving house, getting a driving license...) and will allow me more time for spirituality and self-improvement.

What about you ? I'd be happy to read other people share their experience...

Nice ones there. For me, I've started to documenting my progress in a notebook and writing my ideas in it. Everyday, I start by writing down the date and a set of values that I want to follow to help me grow as a person.
