When you have really valid reasons to be brought low how do you forget?
No matter what I do, around every corner there seems to be a lot of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ circumstances.
People tend to break me more than make me lately.
When you are constantly faced with crap, what helps you forget? Is anyone in the same boat and if you are, how do you not let it get you?
I try to keep reminding myself that worrying about it isnt going to help me right now, but honestly I forget sometimes.
I guess I just have to keep practicing ignoring whats in front of me. I know its possible because I used to have a relative who had this down to an art but that persons very far away right now
Thanks for whatever advice you can lend
edit: asking this in personal effectiveness because it makes focusing a challenge
