For the next 30 days, I will: Exercise every day except Sunday (rest day. not religious, just a break). I already have this down, so it's not really like a step in any direction whatsoever. Just keeping momentum in the right direction. The end goal is to get to being able to do 15 minute cycles of HIIT. Do a lesson everyday out of the PMS memory course, with the end goal of finishing the course. Do at least a chapter a day in my math stuff, with the end goal of finishing the book. To maintain motivation, I'm going to listen to some of the Zig man's Goals audio program every morning. And I'll review my goals everyday. I don't think that's too much. I already exercise every day, and adding the PMS and math stuff is just doing SOMETHING as opposed to playing xbox. Last edited by ahazaq2; 12-24-2009 at 11:31 PM. |
