Less feeling to routine things - that's a good idea!
This morning I discovered new way doing routine things. Before was a real pain to pack for gym, do a gym, coming back, cleaning teeth and do another dozen of things in the morning before I hit a road to work. With every thing you feel overhelmed as this is only morning and already bunch of things (that was a voice of my laizeness), so I came to the point that things need to be done automatically with less feeling as possible. Just say, I have to stay in the front of door, with packed bad, dressed, after shower, implemented all hygine things etc. Then make quick list in my head, smth like 10-15 things to do (not steps), after that pick up the nearest one and do it, then next one, and next one... Today I am 30 minutes earler at my work, and this morning I did even more than other mornings. Same going to do with my work tasks, slogan would be, do not put feelings to routine things! Hope this would be interested for others and we can discuss it futher, also I will try to share with my experience a bit later.
