This is a simple experiment. I'm going to go to take a 30-minute nap in the afternoon and go to bed at 1 am. Normally I go to bed at 11 pm. I wake up 6 am. Basically I want to add more time to my evening, and it's my belief that 5.5 hours would be sufficient for me. Starting tonight. |
