Default 1-week sleep trial

This is a simple experiment. I'm going to go to take a 30-minute nap in the afternoon and go to bed at 1 am. Normally I go to bed at 11 pm. I wake up 6 am.

Basically I want to add more time to my evening, and it's my belief that 5.5 hours would be sufficient for me.

Starting tonight.

Good trial idea!

I'm not sure though if 1 week would be enough to change your sleeping habits? You might need to try a bit longer before you body gets used to it.

Well, I'm more interesting in seeing what I can do with the extra time than making it a habit right now. I'm on Christmas break after this week anyway, so no way will I be sticking to this schedule.
