Default Simple tool to reduce Stress

I have gone though the process of try to put everything of my ideas, plans, todo things and goals into truested form like
Actionoutline, My mobile drafts, tasks and notes

And i think it has reduced the level of stressed from my life..

I am also thinking about ideas where i should use my brain and when i should not...

for example knowing where each item of mine will be in my home ..

My purse,
My belt
My clothes
My papers
My cds
My ....

decidiing it once, where each of them should go is drastically reduced the thinking and wasting mental energy i have to do repetedly.

Also I have started eating salad and it improved by over all energy level i think as i feel it.
