Default Polarizing potential Pain

Polarizing potential Pain (if you will not achieve your goal) is
I found good tool if you want ot achive your goal.

Idea is to take it to the extent where you will feel horrible.

Are you referring to trying to understand and feel the consequences of not achieving your goal? If so, I agree completely. I find for me personally that "avoidance of pain" is a greater motivator than anything else... So basically if it's "do or die" (metaphorically) then I'll almost always "do". But in taking it to the extent where I feel horrible is where my personal problem lies, because I keep "imagining" what will happen if I don't achieve my goal and this makes me stress out ridiculously many times a day...

How long term is long term? 5-6 years in the future you will feel the consequences?
