Default Is it possible?

Is it possible to raise concentration through 14 minute meditation per day? With daily meditation I mean years of work, not a week. I wanna know this because I don't want to spend years practicing wrong techiques.

I am asking this because I have been given advice on other techniques of improving concetration, but all of them are a bit of a stretch for me.

EDIT: Besides doing daily meditation, I'm also trying to keep being attentive while talking to others, listening music, playing video games and watching TV.

What's the concentration for?

I have a vast amount of spiritual information available to me and yet I'm one of the few here who has never meditated much at all So I offer the idea/perspective that it is not required.. I would think that connecting to the pineal gland or higher mind would maybe be more effective.. in fact I dare say the "quick fix" I keep talking about is far worth more your time then 10 hours or 10,000 hours of meditation.. (though with these accelerating this may be boasting a tad much..)

Meditating has worked for me and improved my concentration. I believe it will help others to improve since it was a success for myself and other I know.

Nah, I'm not into quick fixes, but thanks anyway!

And thanks to others as well.
