Default Can you reach your subconcious in your sleep?

Im if listening to hypnosis audios is effective in your sleep.

Every night I put on my headphones and listen to a long playlist of paraminals or binural beats with suggestions that continues to play until I wake up in the morning.

Can this effective for reaching your subconcious?
Has anyone else tried this?

Also, can it be harmful to your brain to listen to binural beats for hours during sleep?

Thanks in advance.

Your brain will probably ignore the binaural beats and lose a bit of sleep quality in the process.
In different sleep phases the brain needs different brain activity. If you don't know what you are doing with brainwave entertainment it's very unlikely that you get things right.

Thanks Brutha.

Are the hypnosis audios and paraliminals effective for getting into your subconious while you are sleeping? Or does your mind discard the messages and suggestions?

I've heard that leaving headphones in all night can permanently damage your ears, and I've noticed that after a night of using them my eardrums feel tired. I'd suggest getting some speakers you can put on your bed, and I think there's a pillow you can buy with speakers in it.

I got the free paraliminal Steve promoted and every time I listen to it I fall asleep, and wake up a few minutes after it finishes.

This doesn't surprise me, as I'm very good at falling asleep quickly whenever I want to. But does that decrease the effectiveness of what I'm listening to?

I often recommend that clients listen to audios at bed time when they are ready to go to sleep. I think even though you sleep through the audio you will receive some benefit from listening.
