Exclamation So I've learned my friend has nine months live, more or less.

If THAT'S not a motivator to get your act in line, so they can see something good afore they head out, nothing is; eh?

this is great value we do not know our dead date, all this junk that imagination that you know it would help you to streight your real values, if I would I most probably stay in complete depression...

Sometimes when we're faced with death (our own or a family member or friend) it can remind us of how to live more deeply & consciously. Thoughts & prayers for you & your friend..

I agree with it being quite an impact on our daily lives, bringing our consciousness and respect for life to a whole different level. But again its not scary like some people say, I mean in reality it doesn't even make sense to why it would be.

If we are truly spiritual beings in a human experience, what we are experiencing right now is the scary part, we can feel pain, suffer, be hurt, have our hearts broken and so much more! That's what's really scary. But then again it doesn't have to be, if we are moving up in consciousness it can be the same feeling as when we are pure spirits, it is only when we go so low that we feel so much pain.

I do feel for you man, and your friend is in a position to really enjoy the his life to the fullest now, but again we are simply here for an experience.

My prayers go out to you and your friend!

Depending on your friend's health and resources (both apt to be rather compromised given such a mortality prediction), there could be a bit of adventure ahead. I hope you and your friend make good use of your time. The movie "The Bucket List" comes to mind.

While I still have good health, savings, and a mortality prediction of several decades, I've long made a point of living each day like my last, not leaving anything undone that I really want to do. I could fall asleep tonight and never wake up, and it'd be okay. There's nothing important that I've been too afraid to say up 'til now, nothing I've been too hesitant to try. There are still fun things for me to do, but if something really interests me, I find a way to try it at least once rather quickly.
