Hey there, Currently my wake-up time is very later - sometimes I wake up as late as 1 or even 2 PM! And it obviously affects my productivity - there isn't much time left in the day after 2 PM. Its probably one of the biggest reason my other ongoing 30-day challenge hasn't been so successful so far. So my goal will be to wake-up at 7 AM every day for the next 30 days... PS: Is there any way to wake-up without a buzzing alarm clock? I just hate waking-up to a buzzer |

Rock I do not know easy solution for your situation, I have my 30 trial log halfly done and waking up by 4.00 easily, before it was 5.30 hardly. For me a lot of meaning laying out in waking up by 4.00, I have time to go to gym, have sauna, drive to work and be there earler than any one else, and I do so many things by 9.00am that every morning I am extremely excited to jump out of bed.
