Helpful Online Gadgets
A week or two ago, someone posted a link here to a blog post describing how to use Google Reader to organize one's blog-reading time. I've just started using it, and I think it will be helpful. I also just started using the Firefox Speed Dial add-on, which I think will help me overcome some avoidant behaviors by having the important links staring me in the face at all times. Speed Dial looks promising in terms of time management in general - if you haven't checked it out, I recommend it! Also, for fitness/nutrition, I use MyFitnessJournal.com. One cool thing about that is that, by writing in it every day, even though I seem to fail at half or more of the things I write in there, it keeps me planning and thinking of new ways to improve each day. It keeps improvement on my mind. I don't know why, but I am way more likely to want to journal there than on paper or in a notepad.
What online gadgets have you found really helpful for Personal Effectiveness?
