OK guys and gals,

since everyone's unique then why not everybody who feels like doing so, lists 5 reasons to love yourself..

1. I am fortunate enough to have a perfectly healthy body which does not inhibit me to pursue anything I want to .
2. I have a loving family who is willing to love ,support and nurture me
3. I am capable of doing anything I set my mind to
4. I have been blessed with good intellect
5. I persist in my journey to better my life in every aspect at all times

i am in good health and strength at this age in my life.

i have survived and become stronger from many experiences that could be perceived as painful and negative.

i have a good sense of humor.

i care about my fellow man and creature.

i have hope.

1. If you love anyone or anything, you should love yourself, for you are the source of that love.
2. If you wish yourself to be free of suffering and full of happiness, then you should love yourself, for that is what compassion and love are.
3. Because others love me, I should love and take care of myself.
4. Because loving myself is simply to love one more person.
5. Because to love myself is to love the universe, reflected in me.

I love my self cos

1. I take care of myself and my body really well
2. I m willing to grow and learn every day
3. I m abnoctiously positive and choose loving thoughts towards me and others
4. I am wonderful
5. I am

And there is so much more. I feel lucky to know these things about my self and being able to express it.
