Hi, do you know any webservice or kind of a system where I can send a file and the system returns it to me after a preset time (for instance one day or one week, etc). Also that one can not get it before by any means. One application would be to blindly change my facebook password, copy it, and mail or upload to this system. It gets returned in two days, and during these two days, i do not know the password and can not waste time with FB. Or do you know to some similar approachces? Thanks And yes ... I know the ideal solution would be not to procrastinate :-P |

You can try LeechBlock for Firefox, and have it block sites Personally I use RescueTime. Nothing like looking at the number for me to see where my time goes. I also have some trouble procrastinating, but I've found that just writing down how I waste time online and procrastinate helps me out. I like the idea for that app! But I don't know of one like it. I also use RescueTime and I think it helps me a little. You don't want to check your stats and see that you've spent 6 hours browsing youtube, or something like that... My question is this though: Do you know what you would fill those freed up hours with? |

I smell fear of an issue that is within you. What is wrong is not from without, it is from within. You may ask yourself, if you do not choose to get help here. But I would not block outside reality emails from coming in. You are only blocking what is wrong within. It would be a spiritual mistake that will have consequences within you. It only will get worse in your inner self if you block something like that. What do you fear to express? Your soul only can express goodness, so you are blocking some goodness within you. Love to you. | |

I am not sure if email is on top or not, but I'll throw my two cents in here I do have a way I stop myself from spending too much time on emails - I have a *ton* of filters set up that auto filter things away into Review Nightly, Review Weekend, Review Someday, and Review Optional. Keeps my inbox nice and clean, and during pre-assigned (scheduled) times on my calendar I review those emails.
