Default Written goals study - Sid Savara

Hi Sid - I can't find the post you made on the forums which compelled me to view your website so apologies if you made this a subject elsewhere.

What I do want to do though is thank you for digging up Gail Matthews' genuine research on written goals as opposed to the phoney Yale or Harvard studies often cited in PD literature.

I've just emailed her to ask if there's any further work and if she's published it anywhere so it can be cited properly in future.

You're welcome! I am glad you enjoyed it =). I worked pretty hard on it trying to track down whether it was true or not. I contacted her when I published it and inquired as well, she said she was doing additional research on it. If you find anything new, I'd love to hear about it (either on the forums or in private)
