Anyone have a good way of organising all this ****?

I've got like 5 self-improvement type trials going on accross 5 different forums at the minute and the "admin" work is becomming significant.

IE: time wasted.

Why are you doing all this stuff at one time? Are you distracting yourself from something else by "doing" all this stuff at the same time?

I say this because in the past I can recognize there were times when I made myself busy doing what I perceived as healthy things in a compulsive way. The payoff for me was that if I kept busy enough at getting healthy as I understood health, I would not have to confront the root causes of my pathology.

Happy Trails!
