Default Software for planning projects and daily tasks

Hi,

I tried several programs (things, to-do lists, etc) for mac os x and I have not found at the moment a satisfactory solution. I want to specifiy projects, then add tasks for them, and in this basis schedule every day, depending on the urgency or priority, deadlines, tasks, etc. I would like something like this:

08.00 to 10.00: Project FIRM A, task 12: write report
10.00 to 11.00: Project XXX, tasn YYY: ....
....
17;00 go home!

And also that I can easiliy re-schedule it if for instance I realize that working on my first task needs 3 hours instead of 2, so then I have to reallocate less time for the rest of the tasks of the day.

Does somebody know about a similar software/personal-system/workaround

Thanks

Have you had a look at the omni groups' products, I think omni focus may well be worth checking out..

Alternatively, have you considered a paper based approach? Just use a basic A4 folder with dividers etc..
