Hello All, I tried to do this before also. But I have resolved to finish 30 day challenge this time. I plan to do following in the next 30 days. **Morning** - Wake up early- - Count 1 to 3 blessings - - Workout - - Grooming - - Meditation - **During the Day** - 1 protein Shakes - - Omega 3 & Multivitamin - - Achieve 3 mits **End of the day** - Day Review - Put Mobile on Charge - - Put wallet etc at one place- - Take lens out - - Brush, Bath and Retin-A - - Sleep Music-pzizz - - Plan three MIT - - Prepare clothes 4 next day - - Master of My Domain Looking forward posting everyday. What is master of your domain. Is it like as defined on the Seinfeld comedy? master of your domain (urban dictionary) Term meaning one who is celibate for a period of time. More specifically, one who refrains from masturbation. From an episode of the television show "Seinfeld", where the main characters have a contest to see who can refrain the longest. "I'm dating a totally hot chick!" "But are you still master of your domain?" "Nope, they were playing a Baywatch marathon all day yesterday." Plan 3 MIT? Massachusetts Institute of Technology? Ginkgo, Yes, it is abt refraining from masturbation. It is abt controlling my passions. Whenever I have control on my desires & passions, I feel in control and better. MIT is Most Important tasks as others stated and I intend to have MIT's where, each would take max of 30 mins and can be completed in the morning. Sense of achievement is always a good thing to have especially in the morning. Lol RS | |

Hello All, Day 1 Report **Morning** - Wake up early- woke up at 9 am. - Count 1 to 3 blessings - done - Workout - walked for abt half hour - Grooming - done - Meditation - done **During the Day** - 1 protein Shakes - done - Omega 3 & Multivitamin - done fish, multivitamin, iron, Bcomplex & c - Achieve 3 mits - not done bcaz today is the first day and didnt plan 3 mits **End of the day** - Day Review- done - Put Mobile on Charge - done - Put wallet etc at one place-done - Take lens out -done - Brush, Bath and Retin-A -done - Sleep Music-pzizz - done - Plan three MIT - done - Prepare clothes 4 next day -done - Master of My Domain - Done Daily 15 out of 17 Cummulative 15 out of 17 Feeling good. :-) |

Day 2 Report **Morning** - Wake up early- woke up at 7 am. early enough - Count 1 to 3 blessings - done - Workout - walked for abt half hour - Grooming - done - Meditation - done **During the Day** - 1 protein Shakes - done two - Omega 3 & Multivitamin - done fish, multivitamin, iron, Bcomplex & c - Achieve 3 mits - achieved only one. I could not do all bcaz both of the them were dependent on others. **End of the day** - Day Review- done - Put Mobile on Charge - done - Put wallet etc at one place-done - Take lens out -done - Brush, Bath and Retin-A -done - Sleep Music-pzizz - done - Plan three MIT - done - Prepare clothes 4 next day -done - Master of My Domain - Done Daily 16 out of 17 Cummulative 31 out of 34 |
