For those of you that have made improvements, what did you do and find most helpful? books/cds/videos/classes/practice/toastmasters? if you found something particularly helpful, could you please share the link or the title and where to find it? Thanks! |

hi lespauldude, I was always so painfully self conscious and shy that I couldn't even walk past people without breaking into a hot sweat, then if I had to do a talk during university study I would get violently ill. But guess what, I have, in the last 5 years, done hundreds of weddings - as the officiate - who every single person looks at and to for direction. Happily, with a smile on my face, loving every single minute of it! I released the unconscious reasons why I didn't feel good about myself with Greene's Release - and naturally all that is left is confidence. The fear just vanishes. And no, just like Andyee, I am not posting to market. But I am posting to say that the option is yours lespauldude. You can either decide to work really hard to control the symptoms of your insecurity, or delete the actual cause, and be free. Look beyond the symptoms!!! |
