Default Kindness.

OK, guys and gals..

what are some ways you can think of to practice kindness in your everyday life?
What do you do everyday to practice this?

A few things I do...

- Smile at everyone, including strangers
- Genuinely ask people how they're doing
- Provide positive comments on blogs
- Hugs
- Doing things for people (eg washing up/taking clothes off the line/cooking a meal etc)
- Calling people to say hi and catch up

Smiling. A lot of smiling!

Saying 'thank you' and truly mean it.

And somehow I seem to be a person other people go to for asking directions. So I help a lot of people by explaining how they get from point A to point B.
