With an intention so vague it's easy to succeed, though actually it'd be far easier (and far more likely) that you'd become infamous.

I think its essential to have a purpose. I have a friends in the music biz who just wanna be famous and doesnt really have big love towards what he is doing,he worked with singers you probably 80% all know and has hot songs,but every time some massive karma screws him up,its unbelieveable. Have a purpose and reason to do it first. You cant screw over the universe

Wow, ZenDude, you're so cool! I get it because Lady Gaga is ugly, but she busted her ass for her art and is now famous, it doesn't matter and its so cool to make fun of people who are successful for the exact reasons they want to be.

If you want to be famous for the sake of being famous, **** a famous person and film it. "Release it" and be as bad-ass-I-don't-give-a-**** as possible.

That depends...what do you want to be famous for? Are you worthy? Do you have a special talent? If you aren't worthy, and if you don't have any special talents, then you can't be famous. Famous people are just like you and me anyway. Unless you have a bunch of extra arms, or a third eye, I could careless about anyone who's famous. I care more about people who actually do good deeds for their community. You know, like helping other people in a special way. A good example would be an inventor.

It depends on what you want to become famous and remembered for.
Because being famous is more so a mindset that you have to establish.

Go to an audition for an acting gig.....if you get it...you'll probably make it big in a couple of years.

Play an MMO that allows you to accrue WAY more power than any other player just by playing a lot.

Invest 6 months of your life into the game and get a small group of players worshipping you.

Eventually, the entire server of 10,000 people will know who you are. Easiest path to fame. And it will be less transient than the fame that comes from 15 minutes on TV and stuff.

I dunno about you, but the prospect of millions of people constantly fiending for my stuff would maybe be a little unsettling. I mean, what happens if they like what I have "too" much? What if I can't provide it anymore?
