Default for everyone who has done a 30-day trial

Looking back, do you think it was worth it? Anyone done a 30-day trial and then felt they had lost their time? In case the trial didn't succeed, was there still an outcome just because you tried?
edit: the poll question should have been '30-day', but actually if you have done 20-day or so trials it counts

I learned a lot about myself, that I could do what I set out to do. After the trial, however, I went back to old habits as well. I chose not to continue the trial.
