Default Audio learning recall

If your listening to audio tracks while doing other 'thoughtless' tasks like exercising, how do you recall everything you've learned?

What is the best way to recall what you've learned so that you are best able to integrate it into your life.

I find that I recall audio if I "detach" my mind from my body - my body might be running or peeling potatoes but my mind is solely focused on what I am hearing.

Also, it helps me if I pause the audio every 10 minutes or so and spend 30 seconds recalling and summarizing what I've just heard. I do this in my head if in a public room but actually, it helps better if I do it out loud lol

They're some good idea's there. I'll have to try them. I guess filtering out the most important bits helps as well because it's like taking notes.

That depends, what kind of a learner are you? Auditory, Visual, or Kinesthetic?

I'm not sure really. I find that Kinesthetic learning is the best way for me to completely understand the topic because what I learned comes as a realisation or 'ahah' moment of doing the task. Although I find I am also able to reach a similar understanding by having something explained to me. This depends on the topic though.
