Default My 30 day challenges

hi everyone,

for nearly one year & half i has been a guest in this forum and i see many people change their life, their habits. that's a good point. & now i would like join.

Starting with my 30 day challenges. i have 2 goals in mind. let's start with the first one: Smoking.

for the next 30 days starting from tomorrow, 17-8-09 to 17-9-09, i will be a non-smoker.

i've seen quite a few people here quit their smoking habits by this way. hopefully i will be succeed.

the problem with me is that i dont have self-discipline. i have lots of knowledge about PD, but i cant utilize any of these things, mainly because i cant control myself to take action consistently and give up too easily. everyone pls helps me, i know sometimes people can do a lot of things that they thought they could not, simply because somebody else thought they could. i appreciate any advice and suggestion.

Regards,

Hey man, I quit that way as well. A 30-day challenge in last June was all that it took to never touch them again. 30 days of not smoking

There are a lot of similarities between you and me I think. I also knew alot about pd back then but didn't really have any real results yet, and I didn't have the confidence.

But I found that after completing challenges the ego gets a boost, and the results will build up your confidence. You will know that If you can stop smoking you can do a ALOT.

Currently I'm training myself to get up early and I'm doing really well. I hope for you the same. Just one thing. Don't give up
