I was thinking about the same thing and I saw your post I have always had this problem of if I want for exmple do something in my house with people to come before going to a party or, make a trip somewhere, very few times I get to move the people I need, instead I have some other friends that they wanna make everyone go to their place, and the poeple show off. I need to develope this kind of skill, it´s usefull in anything in life. advises are needed. Thanks |

I recommed John C Maxwell's 21 irrefutable (sp?) laws of leadership, the daily reader by him as well. Those books helped me develop a better leadership mentality. So i see what people in position of management and what not lack.

I think being really proactive in your mindset, open to all opportunities to learn from others who have come before you in leadership positions, not being afraid to ask questions and possibly finding a real-life mentor would do more for you than most tapes and seminars. But I recommend anything by Denis Waitley. Go to Do something, Learn something, Share something, Change something - Meetup.com and type "mentor" into the search field.... Jennifer |
