| I've had a lot happen in the last few weeks. The guy that I was seeing dumped me, and I moved back to my family house to help with renovations and some family issues. Sooo...the blog is behind, I'm having problems shipping out Ebay stuff (two guitars; I'm having problems with the shipping materials, and it's very frustrating!), I haven't gotten to work on my other website, my T-shirt shop...anything! I've been meditation and working to center myself in order to bring up my vibrational levels, but I'd love some inspiration and kind words to get a frustrated, confused lady back on the path to working 14 hours a day at her computer. Thanks! |

| Dear Isis Kali, I feel your pain...Strange how love can derail one from one's purpose and how, no matter how strong and collected we think we are, it has the power to hurt so much and to lead astray. It is quite understandable, that you would feel unsettled in such circumstances. You have to unpack boxes of stuff in your head and heart! And with being back with family, one can feel disoriented and infantilized, especially if you have to deal with emotional issues of your family on top of your own. Again, this is quite understandable. The good news is that you have gotten out of such situations in the past, you are a resourceful, clever lady, independent, self-employed. You will figure out a way out of this situation, and find ways to enjoy your present situation, maybe by connecting on a different level with your family, and center your attention on yourself and pursuits instead of your boyfriend. Unpack the boxes and take pleasure in decorating your room, make your space a haven of peace, burn incense, have a little desktop fountain, anything that can bring quietness to your heart and soul. This is only a temporary situation and you will bounce back twice as high as you were before! |

| Isis, You are already half way to overcoming your present situation by understanding that your vibration level is on a downer. You can fix this yourself. I have a law of vibation category on my website, you might find some helpful tips there. The link is below. Good luck, you're gonna be ok. John

| Start with small steps, and once you get those down the bigger ticket items will come more easily to you. Right after I separated from my ex-wife I was pretty much overwhelmed by everything like you are. There really wasn't an area of my life that wasn't a complete mess and I definitely wasn't in the frame of mind to deal with it which made it worse. I started by focusing on a few simple tasks. I made it a point to get my dogs out for a long walk twice a day. It was a simple thing, got me out in the world and was good for them. It also started to give a little structure to my chaotic life. Try not to fixate on all of the things you *need* to do--it'll just frustrate you more and make them seem all the more overwhelming. Just start to do a few simple things and build from there...
