| I'm contemplating hiring a personal assistant to come to my home each morning and prepare food for me for the day (make a big salad, chop veggies, make me some green juice or a smoothies, etc.). To properly get all the ideal nutrition it takes me about an hour in the morning and while I don't mind this (especially if I have some good podcasts to listen to) time is tight these days and if I could save an hour here it would really be worth it. I have two questions: 1. Has anyone tried something like this? 2. Why am I so resistant to it? It won't be incredibly cheap but if I eat much better because of it and save an hour each day it might be well worth it. Curious to hear your thoughts...

| It may not be that expensive. In the past I have paid a high school girl (who is home schooled) to come to my house and help me with a bunch of household things. An hour here, 2 hours there, she was a godsend! She would help with laundry, one time she made cupcakes for a party we were having later that night, she ran errands like to the post office, she was basically a time saver for me. I paid her $10/hour which was more than she was making at her job at the bagel place. it sounds like you just need another human body around to help you save some time. Doesn't need to be a personal assistant who does that sort of thing for a living.

| If there is a highschool or college nearby that gives cooking classes, you could probably get a student to do this cheaply. They'd get a little money, and would have a chance to "experiment" on you |

| I think I am going to pull the trigger for 30 days to see how it goes. That'll only be $100/week and while that isn't cheap if it saves me five hours during he week and has me eating better I think it'll be worth it. I'll let y'all know how it goes.
