Well lately it has been something like this:
5 am: Immortal blasts me awake and I crawl to the floor to do some foam rolling, while in complete zombie mode.
5.30: I do some streching.
6.00: I practice soccer shortly to wake me up properly
6.30: Sit at the computer, possibly doing something useful.
Hour or two later: I'll have my breakfast shake.
