Default Apply Theory Of Constraints to everyday work

Hi,

many of you may know or even read this book:

Theory of Constraints - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Designed mainly for plant operation.

Now I was wondering if somebody thought about applying this book to everyday work; I mean, sometimes I work on 10 projects everyday, how to detect the bottlenecks, do about them, etc

Yes. As I said, it works. Is there a reason you think it may not work for you?

I suggest if a simple "yes, it works for me!" is not the answer you are looking for, that you elaborate a bit, and ask questions that aren't simply answerable with a yes/no...

The reason I don't answer more in depth has to do with your behaviour in this topic so far, e.g.

I have used this theory many times in my personal development. It is very similar to the 80/20. Basically it comes down to identifying the one thing that is stopping you from achieving your goal or holding you back and then eliminating that thing
