******30 days goals eve****** I have seen many posters writting about their 30 day goals and their progress. I also plan to do following tasks everyday for the next 30 days **Morning** - Wake up early by 6 am - - Grooming - - Meditation - - Workout - **During the Day** - 3 protein Shakes - - Omega 3 & Multivitamin - - Achieve 3 mits - no coffee/tea **End of the day** - Three blessings - - Put Mobile on Charge - - Put wallet etc at one place- - Take lens out - - Shave - - Brush, Bath and Retina - - Sleep Music-pzizz - - Plan three MIT - - Prepare clothes 4 next day - - Master of My Domain - I may post progress report daily if time permits. Day 1 Just an update. **Morning** - Wake up early by 6 am - #NOT DONE WOKE UP AT ABT AT 8 AM - Personal Grooming - done - Meditation - done - Workout - done **During the Day** - 3 protein Shakes - done - Omega 3 & Multivitamin - done - Achieve 3 mits - #not done - no coffee/tea - done **End of the day** - Three blessings -done - Put Mobile on Charge - done - Put wallet etc at one place-done - Take lens out -done - Shave - #not done - Brush, Bath and Retina -done - Plan three MIT -done - Prepare clothes 4 next day -#not done - Master of My Domain -done - Sleep Music-Pzizz - done 14 done out of 18

Writing out a list like this is a great way to keep yourself focused and organized, it's something I do myself. Have you been drinking protein shakes for long or have you just started? I've been considering adding these to my diet and I was just wondering if you've seen or felt any positive results.
