 |  brain entraintment CD
Has anyone tried something like this? https://www.drbenkim.com/sunshop/ind...ct_detail&p=88 I was wondering if it was something people can make by themselves by mixing nature sound with a beat sound? But I don't exactly know how to make one. |

I've been using this program to make brainwave entrainment audios and videos. They're wonderful!

I also think that transparentcomp is the way to go if you want to make your own brain entertainement CDs. They also have a forum in which you can find a lot of people who know what they are doing when it comes to brainwave entertainement. |
