YouTube - Messages From The Light Part 1 There are about 12 videos in total, so it takes a while to view all of them. It's about a man that was pretty much depressed all his life, and after a near death experience his life changed around. I don't know if you believe in that sort of things, but if you're on this forum I think you're pretty open minded. Good luck, I hope you feel better...Please write back and let us know you're OK. Love and happiness to you!

You could start by telling the thread what you are depressed about, so we can know what to advice you. If you walk into a tanning salon vs a supermarket, they both cant offer you the same thing What were you positive about? When did it run out? Are you purposeful? Do you have something compelling to look forward to? |

I need help expressing myself, right now I just can't. It's very fustrating. I feel so trapped, that's where it is originating. I can't get out of it. Someone please say something, I need to go to sleep soon and I'm afraid that I'll be attacked or something since I'm in this negative mood... |

I really swear by this concept. I cannot tell you how many times I have felt better by expressing the pain of the inner child. To feel pain is difficult and obviously uncomfortable but its definitely healing to release the pain.

My two cents: Can you clarify what is stopping you from expressing yourself and why expressing yourself is important? Stevie B.

My advice is to practice meditation to focus your mind and therefore, spend less energy worrying, and to practice some form of energy work such as Qigong and Tai Chi, to begin recharging your body with energy. Flexibility exercises are good too, because they release the tension in the body and allow you to be more flexible, both physically and mentally. When the energy can move freely in your body - you will feel more like moving on with your life and your plans as well. Last edited by bluedragon; 06-14-2009 at 08:25 PM.
