These are the various chakra-balancing frequencies mentioned in the lunarsight list, and happen to coincide with the binaural-beats CD. It's based loosely on the advertisement here. I also added some cool non-chakra beats between the chakra ones (with a 100hz base). The swishing is pink noise, which generates a full range of audible frequencies (probably including a bunch of healing ones ).

Good luck with your experiments.

Thats pretty cool. I also like the link to the OpenEEG project. Though I dont much like pink noise, heh.

Glad you like the program!

You might try really quiet pink noise. The system volume on your computer will probably affect it as well as the values specified. You can use the -m option to mix in river sounds instead of pink noise, or simply play the sounds by themselves.

Smile Awakening Prologue

Hello everyone!

I'm interested on trying the Holosync Awakening Prologue Program. I've done tons of research on it and I'd now like to experience it first hand.

Thing is, due to my current finances I find the price too high, and I was wondering whether there is anyone out there who has completed the program - and has moved on to higher levels - and who won't be needing it anymore.

If so, I'll be very happy to hear from you and discuss...

Many thanks!

Honestly, I think that buying it would be the best way. I gave a copy to my friend and brother, and neither of them have committed to it at all. I have, and part of it is because I spent money for it! Not to mention it feels good.

Resurrecting this old thread...

Tried the first Holosync bit last night called "The Dive," 30 minutes worth. No epiphanies or blazing flashes of insight - didn't really expect that anyway, since it was my first experience - but I did notice that ringing in my ears afterwards. Not the normal tinnitus one gets after being at a rock concert or something, but a higher-pitched tone.

Anyone else experienced something similar?

My experiences with Holosync have been pretty good. I don't know if I'm suppose to, but I always doze off when I listen and wake up about a minute or two right after it ends. Coincidence?

As far as behavorial/psychological changes, I feel much more confident. However, you probably have to be extremely consistent with it in order to succeed.

just looking at this old thread and I realized that I've been meditating with Holosync for a year and two days...

Makes me wish I'd journalled about it specifically. One tends to forget all the bad things that don't exist any more.

I can say after doing this for a year, I'm a better person than when I started. Better, meaning, "more me." Better, also in that, I'm happier, healthier, more centered, experience more peace and joy, and my creativity has soared.

I love meditating with HS!
