Default How can you improve your memory?

I made it through medical school relying on "brute force" memory techniques that worked but were a lot of work! Since then a lot of research has been done on how memory works, how to improve it, and how even to prevent its decline. Here's an article that summarizes a lot of the research and offers tips to improve your memory based on scientific evidence but I'm wondering what techniques people use that they find really work?

Okay. Let me be straight. Want to improve your memory? Just go to
pmemory.com and sign up with them. Iam currently using that course( Iam on Lesson 8). I believe that it is the best memory course ever.It really helped me getting A grades in my college . (I used to get F's all the time).

Ginko Biloba helps.
Fish Oil supposedly does too, although I don't know that from personal experience yet (I just started taking it).

I am 42, my memory have always been very good, i do speak 7 languages + few dialects, but lately, i started having problems remembering actors names, peoples names, films etc., but i still can recall other things like technical names, procedures, and old memories with details, we had new born baby and I don’t sleep enough, I can’t concentrate as before, I tried to look on internet I read few articles so I started taking Korean Ginseng, Ginko Biloba, St Johns Wort, Multivitamins, Omega3 and .6 oils, and try to sleep a bit during day time ( Lunch breaks) eat more fish and avoid too much Fat and junk food.
The truth I feel a bit better but I only start doing that for a month, hopefully I will regain the power of recalling things, I also red about few programs or training called ZOX, and the phenomenal memory etc , but I still sceptical and don’t know if they are genuine
