I'm motivated by music with power voices or power guitars. For example Linkin Park, System Of A Down or Nightwish. I know that this music comes more "out of the dark" but I find it really driving.

Hahahaha, goodness thats the theme song of my old high school.
It makes me more angry than motivated just because it was so overplayed, but I do see how it motivates people hah.
