Default 30 Days To Perfection.

Perfection.

To much to ask for? Well we are about to find out. I am going to begin my quest to cross off as many items on my list as possible that I consider to be closer to my 'ideal self'. For example;

1. Physical perfections. Achieving my ideal physique. I know that this is possible. I also know that it is going to take a lot of hard work and dedication, but it is certainly achievable. Not likely in 30 days but we will try.

2. Ideal financial position. This is also a big one but not out of reach. If I can spend 3 hours per day working on developing many streams of income then in 30 days I am confident that I will be in a better financial position then I am today. Right?

3. Spiritual fulfillment. Meditation, spiritual education and spiritual practice are a few ways that I can reach my goal of becoming more spiritually whole and aware.

So these 3 items make up my future ideal self. They are goals that will be apart of my life forever but in 30 days I am interested to see how far I can climb. I have broken these goals into 'bite sized' action plans that will commence tomorrow. As I log my progress and my steps to reaching these goals I hope to move closer to reaching that vision of my ideal self.

I believe I can do this.

Good to see you are taking the first step! I am proud of you because it takes guts and commitment to even make that first post.

My question is, your goal is to work on each of these areas a little bit every day?

You may want to define what your ideal body is, what your finances will look like by 30 days, how you will be feeling or doing things differently spiritually.

But if your goal is just to be committed to working on them daily, then what is fine.

what streams of income do you plan on pursuing to improve your financial position? i have been wanting to do this for some time now but keep putting it off out of skepticism and fear of failure. this might be a good motivation.

Not really a little bit but a BIG bit. I believe that you get what you put in and I am putting a lot of energy and time into this. But my goal is to work on these things daily as well. I do have specific written goal in each of the areas however.

I am in the process of starting a business and working on several web-based projects. I am hoping to generate an income within 3 months. Pretty attainable goal. As things progress I will be happy to share more information but I really don't have much to show at the moment.

I really appreciate your comments, thanks.

Smile

Day 1: Great Success! (Borat voice).

Early Riser: CHECK. 6:30am
'Perfect Diet': CHECK. 6 Meals, 260 grams of protein, 4000 CALs.
Spiritual Work: CHECK. 30 minutes of meditation, spiritual reading.
Educational Stuff: CHECK. 30 minutes of French lessons, educational reading (Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill).
Financial Work: CHECK. Worked on my business(').
Physical Perfections: CHECK. Hit the gym for AM/PM workouts.

I have added a few items to my list and made the goals far more detailed and specific in hopes that it will help me achieve better results. I am still unsure if I should post all of them. It just seems weird to share some of that stuff with others (I am not used to posting on forums of any kind).

1. Become semi-proficient in French by October.
- Doing 2 Pimsleur French Lessons per day (1 hour).
- I will be moving back to a French speaking city in a few weeks.

2. Develop and implement an end of day routine.
- See Andy's 30 day trial.

I am sure I will be adding stuff to this trial as it progresses seeing as though I have the time and drive.

I am feeling good about this! Thanks again people.
