Default electric shocks for motivation

Has anyone experience with self-punishment through electric shocks?

I want to follow-up on my plans and if I don't then punish myself with an electric shock. Sounds brutal, but also effective. I don't want to create physical damage or lie on the ground unconscious for 10 minutes. Just create a little pain, so that I'm really motivated to avoid it.

Any devices or methods that you can recommend?

I don't believe that behaviorism brings lasting change as it doesn't create intrinsinc motivation.
In the long run you need intrinsic motivation.
