Thumbs up About Learning

Ok.

I have a little problem when I want to learn something.I take the book, and I start to read.Suddenly while I read a though comes to my mind, and I still read but my mind is thinking at that thought, and I didn't know what I've read.

Did someone experienced the same problem ? Can you suggest me something about this problem ?

Thanks

Sounds like a concentration issue. Try meditating, sleeping well, eating good food. Others may have other ideas. I feel like a doctor, giving a prognosis and cures.

A trick that has worked for me is to have a notebook near by, so when some idea or some todo pops in, I just write it down onto paper knowing when I'm donw reading I have all of my ideas and todos written down.
