Default Anyone Familiar With Holosync, Bill Harris, or Quietude?

I've been using Holosync for a few months now and have noticed a dramatic change in my coping abilities, improvement in depressive symptoms as well as an overall increase in productivity.

I just discovered the Quietude track which produces an alpha brain wave state within the user. I've been using it to study 5 hrs solid yesterday and 7.5 hrs solid today. It's helped a lot! I feel almost super human! I've had breaks that could probably account for 6 hours between the two different days but I know I've studied that time using the track.

I wonder though, is it harmful to maintain an alpha state for such an extended period of time? It helps me to absorb information like a sponge and I feel very calm during the whole process.

Does anyone else have any experience with Holosync or Quietude?

Thanks

After the third day of using that track I've realized it wasn't the greatest idea I've ever had...

My brain stopped working or being able to compose any sort of coherent thought around 2am of the third day using that track so heavily.

The third day was 9 hours solid.

I guess it wasn't the greatest idea as I seeme to have burned myself out. I also was experiencing much emotional upheaval as well as being very dazed and confused in general.

Depressed people are rather more in Alpha than in Beta.
Especially if your problem is depression it might not be a good idea.
