Awesome 30 day trial! I love how you've approached it as a coherant goal, not just saying 'oh, I should remember to brush my teeth and not take my laptop to bed'. Looks like you're going really well, keep at it.

Night 20: Wolverine. I've never done a 30day trail before, but I try to look positive at it. If you start negative trails, I think it's a lot harder.

They say after 21 days it should be a habit. Well actually, I already think it is. I'm so used to it now that it's really likely that I will continue after my first 30 days.

wow Andy, you're doing great. i'm gonna start a summer internship in nyc and I have to be at work by 6.30. I think I am going to do a 30 day challenge on sleeping and morning routines too. Is it advisable to do both challenges at the same time?

Thumbs up I'm sold!

This is great! I am definitely going to try this one out. Except I will add in a little something that usually gets me irritated in the morning....get my outfit for the following day ready to go. This will hopefully save some time in the morning and I avoid getting into a grumpy mood by "not being able to find something to wear" (even though I have TONS of options)

Thanks for sharing your experience with us !

Night 22 & Night 23: went great!

@seekerdoll: I already had a morning routine, so I don't really know if it is advisable to do them both at the same time. I feel that the morning routine is still the most important one. If you can get up early and start your day good, your day is already a success.

@spendoholic: That's a nice tip. I can add it to my routine too

Thank you for all your support!

Night 25: Still ok! Just heard I'll be on a business trip next week, so the sleeping place will be different, but the routine should be the same

Wow Andy, this is really inspirational!

I am going to add this to my 30 day trial. Your success with this is amazing and it makes perfect sense. What books are you reading if you don't mind me asking?

Night 26 & 27: On a business trip now, really made sure I took everything with me. So it went very well.

I don't read to heavy material. I like detective-stuff and all.

The cool part of this trial is really that you can add value to your life without have to do much for it. I really enjoyed it till now, so I think in 3 days, i'll just continue
