Hi , Since today I've started Steve's method for making massive changes in my personality , some of the steps i;e to follow everyday are as follows . 1) reading & writing Goal statements once in a day . 2)Visualizing twice a day , in the night & early morning ( 30 min session ) 3)Joined a Public speaking course for overcoming my stage fear . 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. 6)To read technical stuff related to my carrier . 7)to update here in the thread about what i did & did not do for the above steps . Dear Friends , Thankssss a lottttttt...... for your support , wish all of u too a gr8 success in every areas of life 1) reading & writing Goal statements once in a day . read the goal book , written all my goals in present tense . I think i need to act like the personality i want to become here in my goals .Ok decided ...now i'll act like my goal are achieved as far as i could . 2)Visualizing twice a day , in the night & early morning ( 30 min session )Visualized in the morning for 10 min , tried visualizing in the evening but mind was not stable ....failed in that .Ok lets counteract on this ....wake up 4 o clock in morning and Visualize . 3)Joined a Public speaking course for overcoming my stage fear . On my intro that i did gave on the stage in front of other students , i was really panicked for first 5mins , later i got used to it somewhat .Tomorrow i'm suppose to speach on random topic . 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . started well in the morning but then forget bat this committment as got busy in the job .didn't stick to my commitment here . OK...tomorrow lets try to do it in a much better way . 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. Did this sccesfully for 20 mins . 6)To read technical stuff related to my carrier . Didn't did this 7)to update here in the thread about what i did & did not do for the above steps . DONE |

| Day 2 1) reading & writing Goal statements once in a day . read my goal note book , written my goal statement twice. 2)Visualizing twice a day , in the night & early morning ( 30 min session ) Visualized in morning and evening for 10 mins each , 30 min session is a long time ... i think 10 to 15 mins is better . 3)Joined a Public speaking course for overcoming my stage fear . didn't got the opportunity to talk on the stage much , but did it for a short time just enough to keep myself in the tune . 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . this is really difficult to do .... OK but lets keep trying 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. i did it at 4am , i think its much effective when done in a sleepy state , no mind chatter , nothing . 6)To read technical stuff related to my carrier . Not really getting time , but managed it while while traveling from office to home .but just for 30 min . 7)to update here in the thread about what i did & did not do for the above steps . ok finished my Day 2 here . | Day 3 1) reading & writing Goal statements once in a day . consistent with it as far now 2)Visualizing twice a day , in the night & early morning ( 30 min session ) Visualizing sometimes feels boring .Better is to read the reasons for achieving the goals and then visualize ... feels motivated to visualize. 3)Joined a Public speaking course for overcoming my stage fear . Today i did well , really made me happy from inside ... but still not up to the mark 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . this stuff is mega diff , u just can't keep thinking abt ur goals all the time .And abt positive things is , u can do it as long as u r aware that u should be thinking positive . 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. this is something that is little easy to keep up with it . 6)To read technical stuff related to my carrier . this is really boring man , but still doing it 7)to update here in the thread about what i did & did not do for the above steps . this is the only thing which is not boring here |

Today it has worked very well , i think my stage fear is on the edge of vanishing 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . this i'm doing by talking to friends abt new development in carrier related to my jobs . 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. skipped this also 6)To read technical stuff related to my carrier . did it for some 20 mins . 7)to update here in the thread about what i did & did not do for the above steps . its better to upadte each day here , u gets a overview of ur progress . |

Day 5 and 6 are completely missed as i was out of city So today is Day 5 ( actually 7 ) 1) reading & writing Goal statements once in a day . just did it , i think I've to brainstorm while doing it to make it more effective. 2)Visualizing twice a day , in the night & early morning ( 30 min session ) skipped it in the morning . 3)Joined a Public speaking course for overcoming my stage fear . Here I'm really doing very well everyday . 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . this is very very very diff , u tend to forget abt ur 30 day rules in busy schedules. 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. skipped this also 6)To read technical stuff related to my carrier . didn't did this just read some inspirational books . 7)to update here in the thread about what i did & did not do for the above steps . friends i am yet not committed 100 % for the above rules .But i'll keep doing it till these becomes by daily habits . |

Fear has almost reached its end , i think its gone 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . today till now its ok about this . 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. | Day 11 and 12 and 13 1) reading & writing Goal statements once in a day . just done it , also modified sonewhat 2)Visualizing twice a day , in the night & early morning ( 30 min session ) Visualized the goals around 4 am for 10 mins. 3)Joined a Public speaking course for overcoming my stage fear . It has worked , fear is gone , i think this goal is achieved 90% 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . Hmmmmmm....... this is mega difficult . 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. Done once in the late evening and missed on 12th . 6)To read technical stuff related to my carrier . Didn't did this at all , i think i lost my commitment here . 7)to update here in the thread about what i did & did not do for the above steps . On the track of improvement , so far stage fear is gone . |

| Day 14 and 15 and 16 & 17 1) reading & writing Goal statements once in a day . this is little easy to do it , so did it 2)Visualizing twice a day , in the night & early morning ( 30 min session ) Visualized the goals around for 10 min.Actually I'm now trying new method of visualizing for short intervals and frequently .eg for 30 seconds with a background rock music . 3)Joined a Public speaking course for overcoming my stage fear . Now i think I've to go for larger groups / big seminars .But as far as I'm really satisfied with the success in this area . 4)Try to think of Goals and positive things only! , as far as possible . same again ......... difficult . 5)To practice Meditation once in a day for 20 min at least. This thing i've combined with visualization . 6)To read technical stuff related to my carrier . Didn't did this at all , i think i lost my commitment here . 7)to update here in the thread about what i did & did not do for the above steps . For reading tech material i am really getting boar , so i think i should join a technical class for this . |
