hi, im new here.. i'm having a serious problem for example completing a project very much before the deadline and the remaining time used to keep modifying it which sometimes worsen it.. how do i tell myself when it is enough to stop and time to move on to another project or task.. |

Before you start any of the work, I'd write down a list/schedule, splitting the work into time blocks. That way you could allocate for example, an hour of time to a task, and after that hour as passed you stop working on it. An important point is to make sure that you don't leave something unfinished because of this approach. You need to finish the task, but finish it in the time you've set for yourself. Once the time is up, it's time to do something else, kind of like an exam!
