Default My inspiration comes from

My inspiration comes from people, when i see them i learn from them, its better than reading about personal develpment programmes, when i see people who turn negitive situation to positive one i will be inspired and motivated , so my personal development program includes reading real stories of people who turned their destiny from bad to good... what about you do you feel the same...........................

Exactly. It's only when people need to find the way out of some situation they can search for pd techniques.

For general inspiration other people can really inspire the ones that still have doubt.

But I, for example, am inspired from myself. I know that sounds strange but when you find what you really love to do, the inspiration is there and you do not need to look for others for inspiration.

And such inspiration is so much more stronger, you know clearly what you want to do and you feel great about it.

Hi,

That's right! The people can expire us. I have a example right here:

I'm in training for a half marathon. My mother and my cousin told me that I'm really good to stay with my training. They want to train, too. It's not in their habits to train.

bye

Hi Fiona,

Nice to speak to you again.

Yes.I get inspiration from people,I love reading biographies,ex presidents sportsmen/women

A good one is Victor Frankel. How he survived the prisoner of war camps, stock up on the hankies though.

As Simona says extremes can often bring out the best in us so reverse this and it will bring spectacular results, life can be simple.

Keep posting.

Regards,Andy.

I look for inspiration in everything, whether it's PD forums, to inspiring sports ads (like the "impossible is nothing" campaign for example), to people, to myself, to art, to even something so simple as a plant growing through the cracks in cement. There is inspiration everywhere, and I am constantly looking for it.

Nice big purple text in the OP.

Yes, I know some people who are really good at life, and have drawn inspiration from them. Usually I'm inspired by small things, like techniques for keep yourself in a good mood while completing boring tasks (humming, whistling and snapping your fingers are great techniques, by the way).

On the other hand, I agree with SimonaRich that we can find inspiration in ourselves. Usually this occurs for me when I'm in a difficult situation and I get a sort of flashback of another difficult situation where I successfully solved my problems. That reminds me of what a problem-solving machine I can be once I start applying some creativity.

My inspirations come from so many places:

Deep conversations with close ones, casual remarks from friends, the things my daughters notice and say, noticing people passing by, things I read online, things I read in books, films, natural beauty ... and from time to time I even get an inspiration from myself.

Hi fionamydear,

Reading stories about people who turn failures into success are inspiring and I enjoy that too. I love movies that are inspiring too.

Cheers
