Need moral support for my correction

I think I might be depressed. Do I sound depressed?

1) I love sleeping a lot
2) I like drinking alchohol too much and get drunk too often
3) I like thinking too much

On the other hand, I may be a perfectionist who beats on herself too much.

I am doing a lot of work to address the bad habits. I would appreciate your moral support, as always:).

You have the clearest perception of how you feel. You are inevitably a better judge than someone else's second hand perception. However, drinking less is certainly healthy overall and in the long run will probably improve your physical and mental health.

Have you tried chilling out with some kava instead of drinking?

Exercise, 15 minutes of total silence (quiet thinking) and keeping a journal are great ways to connect with yourself and "keep it real".

Keeping yourself grounded will help you slowly change your habits and develop a more thoughtful lifestyle.
