this morning i had a little pull towards snickers. so i had it. n then recess n hershey's. so obviously 3 day trial doesn't work. it's too short n by the end of the trial i tell myself that i should eat a candy bar (even though i have only negligible temptation) probably better to go cold turkey? |

Sounds to me like it worked -- you got a glimpse of the sort of cravings that will come up for you if you take this on for a longer time, or do try to go cold turkey.
