Default 30 day sungazing trial

I'm going to sungaze.

I did 10 seconds of sunset gazing. Not hard at all b/c it is just red, not shiny.

I'll try 10 sec of sunrise gazing tomorrow, n for that purpose, wake up early.

I'll jog in the morning as well, for mental focus for the rest of the day n to shave off a good hour off of my sleep.

thank u! but I failed just today. I woke up at 7:00 but then just turned the alarm off and went back to sleep and woke up at 9:00

I'll still going to run 20 minutes to have less sleep the following night.

Today I'll practice waking up to the alarm clock: How to Get Up Right Away When Your Alarm Goes Off

i'll put this on hiatus since i failed again to wake up at 7. I'll instead focus on practicing waking up drills.

This is a very bizarre practice. I find it dangerous and risky. I'm all for sunbathing, but sungazing is something I would never try unless my eyes were closed. I can't see how anyone would risk blindness by doing something so out there and unproven by anyone with any credibility. At least if you try Breatharianism, you can know in a few days if you are starving to death and you can eat something. But if you go blind staring at the sun, I'm not sure if you'll ever recover. But you are entitled to find that out for yourself. Good luck.

All scientists try stuff that's "so out there and unproven by anyone with any credibility", it's kinda the definition of science. You have have to start somewhere.
There was one guy who tasted lots of different substances to figure stuff out, if it weren't for guys like him we might not know what's poison and what's not.
I recommend the book "A short history of nearly everything" ISBN 91-7232-000-1
It will give you a new perspective on what science is all about, 50% doing stuff noone ever did before, 50% arguing with other scientists including hate, sabotage, discrediting etc... Science is very much about making other scientists look bad.

Well I know Steve is in the early phases of sun gazing, and why do you think HRM is not a credible person? I am up to two minutes of sungazing myself and it is going well. I do't know if I will go right up to 44 minutes, it is more likely I will move onto gazing sunsets/ sunrises when I am doing it for a lot longer as they are pretty to look at lol My eyes don't hurt at all when gazing, and FYI as a silly child I gazed at the sunthrough binoculars for a few seconds and still have 20/20 vision.
